In regards to it being bad to have multiple place pages with the same address. We are moving in to a new location where the previous tenant still is listed in Places under our address. Will this hurt us? How do we go about getting them removed?
Thanks!

That’s a revealing infographic. Yet again, it just shows the immense power of Google. Having a place page seems to be one of the most important factors in getting found locally. I don’t have a business as such so I don’t actually have a place page.
However I have been experimenting with other ways of getting local traffic. I would recommend putting at least one geo-specific keyword (preferably a city name) in your domain name if possible.
